Terms of Service

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WoodeyCraft website, custom store, Minecraft network, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services or purchasing a package, you agree to these Terms, the applicable server and community rules, and any terms presented by Tebex during checkout. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase through the Services.

2. Operator

The Services are operated by WoodeyCraft, based in Wisconsin, United States.

3. Purchases and Tebex

Store transactions are processed through Tebex. Tebex acts as the payment and commerce provider for purchases completed through its checkout. Payment information, applicable taxes, supported payment methods, and transaction processing are handled by Tebex and its payment providers.

Purchases are also subject to the terms and policies presented by Tebex during checkout. WoodeyCraft does not receive or store your full payment-card information.

4. Digital Packages and Benefits

Packages sold through the WoodeyCraft store provide digital access, ranks, permissions, cosmetics, features, or other virtual benefits. Purchasing a package does not grant ownership of the WoodeyCraft network, software, servers, intellectual property, or any underlying Minecraft or Discord platform.

Package benefits may apply only to supported WoodeyCraft servers. Individual features may be modified, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary for technical, security, balancing, platform, moderation, or operational reasons.

5. Subscriptions

Packages identified as subscriptions renew according to the billing period shown at checkout until cancelled through the mechanisms made available by Tebex or the applicable payment provider.

Cancelling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not normally reverse a charge for a subscription period that has already begun.

6. Minecraft Accounts

You are responsible for providing the correct Minecraft username during checkout. Bedrock players must provide the username in the format requested by the store.

Benefits may not be recoverable if incorrect account information is supplied. Contact support promptly if you believe you entered incorrect information.

7. Discord Benefits

Connecting a Discord account during checkout is optional unless a specific package expressly states otherwise.

Any package benefit described as a WoodeyCraft Discord role requires the customer to connect an eligible Discord account so the role can be associated with that account. Customers who do not connect Discord may still purchase eligible packages but will not receive Discord-specific benefits.

8. Server and Community Rules

Purchasing a package does not exempt a player from WoodeyCraft rules, moderation, anti-cheat systems, or community standards.

WoodeyCraft may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary to enforce rules, address abuse, protect the Services, respond to fraud, comply with law, or protect other users.

A suspension or ban does not automatically create a right to a refund for previously delivered digital benefits.

9. Staff Packages

Access to staff-only packages is limited to authorized WoodeyCraft staff. Purchasing or possessing a staff package does not independently grant Moderator, Administrator, or other staff status.

Staff status and moderation authority are granted separately by Minecraft Buddies administration and may be modified or revoked independently of a package subscription.

10. Fraud, Chargebacks, and Abuse

You may not use stolen payment information, initiate fraudulent purchases, exploit the checkout system, circumvent package restrictions, or otherwise misuse the Services.

Suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or abusive chargebacks may be investigated by WoodeyCraft, Tebex, payment processors, or relevant financial institutions.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Services available, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, outages, network failures, third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.

12. Intellectual Property

Original WoodeyCraft branding, website materials, custom software, server configurations, graphics, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Minecraft and related Minecraft assets remain the property of their respective rights holders. Discord and Tebex names, services, and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders.

13. No Affiliation

WoodeyCraft is an independent community service and is not an official Minecraft service. It is not approved by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.

WoodeyCraft is also not operated by or affiliated with Discord or Tebex merely because their services are integrated into the website.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WoodeyCraft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Changes to the Services or Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the Services, legal requirements, security practices, or business operations. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.

16. Governing Law

To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Mandatory consumer protections applicable in a customer's jurisdiction are not waived by this provision where they cannot legally be waived.
