This Privacy Policy explains how WoodeyCraft collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, store, Minecraft network, or related online services.

2. Information We Collect

Minecraft account information

When you begin a purchase, we collect the Minecraft username you provide so purchased benefits can be delivered to the correct account.

Discord information

Connecting Discord is optional for eligible purchases. If you choose to connect Discord, our OAuth integration may receive your Discord user ID, username, display name, and basic profile information made available through Discord's identity authorization.

We use this information to associate eligible Discord benefits with the correct Discord account. We do not receive your Discord password.

Technical information

Our systems may process IP addresses, browser information, request timestamps, server logs, security events, and similar technical data required to operate, secure, diagnose, and prevent abuse of the Services.

Purchase information

We may receive transaction identifiers, package information, purchase status, subscription status, Minecraft account information, and other fulfillment-related information from Tebex.

Full payment-card information is processed by Tebex and its payment providers and is not stored by the WoodeyCraft custom store.

3. How We Use Information

We use information when reasonably necessary to:

• process and fulfill digital purchases;
• apply Minecraft ranks, permissions, and other purchased benefits;
• apply Discord roles when a customer voluntarily connects Discord;
• operate subscriptions and remove expired benefits;
• authenticate users and staff;
• provide customer support;
• detect fraud, abuse, attacks, and unauthorized access;
• maintain logs and diagnose technical problems;
• enforce our rules and policies; and
• comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, processing may be based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Services, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically requested.

5. Tebex

Purchases are completed using Tebex. When you proceed to checkout, information necessary to create and fulfill the transaction is transmitted to Tebex.

Tebex independently processes payment, billing, tax, fraud-prevention, and checkout information according to the policies presented through its service.

6. Discord

If you select “Connect Discord,” you are redirected to Discord's authorization service. After successful authorization, WoodeyCraft receives the limited identity information necessary to identify your account.

Discord connection is optional for general purchases, but Discord-specific package benefits cannot be delivered unless a Discord account is connected.

7. Cookies and Session Data

The store uses security and session cookies necessary for functionality such as Discord OAuth authentication and authorization-state validation. Additional information is available in our Cookie Policy.

8. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers when necessary to operate the Services. These may include Tebex, Discord, hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication services, or security providers.

We may also disclose information where required by law, legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, WoodeyCraft, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

WoodeyCraft does not sell personal information for money.

9. Retention

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including fulfillment, account administration, security, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and legal obligations.

Short-lived authentication cookies may expire automatically. Server and security logs may be retained for longer periods where reasonably required for operational or security purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, including HTTPS, restricted server access, authentication controls, and server-side handling of sensitive credentials.

No online service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of certain personal information.

12. Children's Privacy

The store is not intended to override any age restrictions imposed by Minecraft, Discord, Tebex, payment providers, or applicable law. Individuals who are not legally able to enter into a purchase should use the store only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.

WoodeyCraft operates from the United States. Information may therefore be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
